The C & K Healthcare Advisors Service Request Drop Ticket System is exclusively for currently contracted C & K agents. If you are looking to join our team, please visit our onboarding page. Through this system, current agents can request assistance with adding carriers, gaining access to necessary systems, resolving tech issues within Life Line CRM, or obtaining quotes for Life Line CRM tech builds. Additionally, you can book a call with the executive team by clicking the button provided.

If you choose to schedule a call, we kindly ask that you arrive on time, prepared with your agenda items. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please respect the executive team’s time by providing at least two hours' advance notice. Failure to adhere to this policy may affect your ability to book future meetings. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to maintaining an efficient process for all agents.
